Hillsdale Senior Center Privacy Policy

 

Hillsdale country Senior Services Center offers hot meals to residents living within the city limits at two selected sites. Frozen meals are delivered once a week to clients living outside the city limits. All home delivered meals clients must meet the following eligibility requirements:

The Center provides hot lunches at two sites within
Hillsdale County. The suggested donation is $3.00.
There is a $4.00 charge for guests under 60 years of age.


All congregate attendees must meet the following eligibility requirements:

You or your spouse must be sixty (60) years of age or older.
You are a younger individual with disabilities who resides in a non-institutional household with and accompany an eligible older individual.
You must fill out an intake form within a specific timeframe.

Due to the expansion of meal delivery routes, our congregate lunch locations have been reduced to:

If you would like more information about the Senior nutrition program or if you have any question, please contact the Center and ask for the Nutrition Director.

 

You or your spouse must be sixty (60) years of age or older.
You are handicapped or disabled and under the age of sixty (60) but reside in a non-institutional home with a person eligible for and receiving Home Delivered Meals.
You are homebound and cannot leave your home alone on a regular basis.
You are unable to prepare your own meals daily. Any person who may be residing in your home is unable to prepare meals daily.
There is no other access to nutritionally balanced meals.
You are a resident of Hillsdale County.
You agree to be home for meal delivery.

All meals that Hillsdale County Senior Services Center provides are prepared in our kitchen at the Center and meet Office on Services to the Aging Operating Standards
All sites rely on volunteers to help with serving the meals and deliveries. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, contact your local site or use the information below.
